2 Miles: Just another tuesday
Today is Tuesday, this morning the two miles were quite difficult. I jumped out of bed at 7AM and almost went back to sleep.
Two miles accomplished and off to work I went to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! I brought a great taco salad prepared by my wife and others brought delicious treats and delights, amongst all some stood out to me like, a very tasty and yummy bean dip, Cuban and Colombian empanadas, and flautas.
We finished them off with fortune cookies, because nothing says Mexico like fortune cookies. We had a great laugh at decoding an anagram of all of our names, and reading off fortune cookies with the traditional "in bed" added to the end.
The bottom line is that even though it's call work, you can still do it while having a good time and sharing laughs with your colleagues. Now I'm going to need ten miles to work off all the calories eaten.Labels: 2-mile, Jacksonville
