2 Miles: May 7, 8 and 9
Two miles completed, nothing special has happened except that we are now experiencing some difficulties from the folks we purchased our house from. Some people are jerks, liars, and make a sport to see how many people they can deceit.
I saw this people receive a check for almost 200K dollars and they are jerking me around for $500 bucks. If you sign a contract you should know what you are signing, which in short, is an agreement to perform an action, not to perform a different action an try an tweak it to your angle. Being that the wife is a lawyer, I would have expect her to follow the law, not bend it.
The bottom line is that when you sign something, read it, double check it, and ensure that all points are covered. In our case, we labeled that an unit had to be replaced as new, they are arguing the unit is new to the house even though it has a manufacturing date of 2000.
